Farmer David Peacock runs Erdhof Seewalde in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. There he specializes in the preservation of old breeds of cattle and pigs in addition to energy-conscious farming- and regularly supplies the capital’s best restaurants, such as Nobelhart & Schmutzig and Lode & Stijn. He believes that small organic farms are much better equipped to deal with the climate crisis than large conventional farms.
